Intelligent Building Background Music System Solution

I. Industry Background
As an indispensable component of intelligent buildings, building background music PA system delivers emergency announcement and high-fidelity background audio to build a pleasant office environment, serving as a symbol of Grade A intelligent construction. Integrated and interlocked with building fire control system, it enables orderly crowd evacuation during fire accidents and constitutes a reliable emergency voice solution for high-rise intelligent premises.
II. Project Requirements
1. Big-data compatible: connect background music system with building central big-data management platform.
2. Independent zoning for public areas, office zones and functional spaces with exclusive audio sources to play multiple programs simultaneously.
3. High-fidelity, high-restoration premium loudspeaker performance.
4. Flexible timed broadcasting tasks configurable by week, day, hour, terminal, program and timeline for unattended automatic playback.
5. Real-time audio capture function for IP PA: import feeds from radio, tape deck, CD, MP3 and microphone to designated terminals for announcements, background music and live radio relay.
6. Automatic daily weather forecast broadcast.
7. Built-in program monitoring and fire linkage; multiple IP fire signal collectors supported with pre-set all-zone or partition emergency alarm modes on server software.
III. Solution Design
The core PA server is deployed inside central control room and docked with building big-data platform for unified real-time monitoring and operation on central large screen. Regional PA nodes are linked via building equipment network; IP adapter amplifiers are installed in floor weak-current cabinets and connected to central server through network switches. IP audio decoders convert digital signals into analog audio and feed to power amplifiers and terminal loudspeakers for sound output.

1) System server consists of SW-IP8100, SW-IP8100R and SW-IP8100R-KEY with dedicated industrial control host for core data exchange and processing. It governs paging control, background playback, scheduled broadcast, terminal on-demand, temporary insert broadcast and fire emergency broadcast via password-protected management software for system security.
2. Paging terminal adopts SW-6002A desktop IP intercom microphone supporting single-zone or multi-zone selective announcement.
3. Auxiliary equipment includes SW-IP8107D active monitor speaker, SW-IP8116 IP fire collector and standard cabinet plus SW-3322D timer for automatic power switching of audio devices and scheduled program distribution. Operators remotely monitor playback content and volume of each zone via server and monitor speakers.
4. Fire linkage is realized by SW-IP8116 intelligent fire interface which automatically cuts off background music and triggers emergency broadcast upon fire alert.
